Shipping

All Dermarol products are shipped from Sydney.

All standard orders have free delivery within Australia.

All Express orders are $8 within Australia.

We use Australia Post as our shipping partner. Shipping times can vary depending on where you’re located in Australia. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number via email, so you know where your parcel is at all times before it is delivered to your door.

Some things to consider:

• We do our best to ship orders the same day if ordered before 3pm AEST
• All orders are shipped with Australia Post
• All express orders ship with Australia Post (Please note orders to WA may take up to 5 working days with Express)

International Orders – Outside of Australia:

• Standard orders ship via DHL Global Mail – Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you have entered your details
• Express orders are shipped via DHL Express
• All international orders shipped outside of Australia with DHL may attract duties and custom taxes upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer
