Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the product we sell here at Dermarol, we have a strict returns policy due to hygiene reasons.

We offer replacements/returns on all damaged or faulty goods, this includes items that may be damaged during transit. In the event that we send the wrong size/incorrect item, we accept returns at our expense and a replacement will be provided.

Non faulty rollers however can only be returned for a credit note, if the products packaging seal is not broken and the product appears to be in its original condition. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on open or used products.

Please ensure that you check the size of the packaging to ensure it is the correct size before opening.

If you wish to return your unopened items for store credit, please:

– Contact us for a Return Authority (RA Number) within 14 days of receiving your order (outside of this time frame we are unable to accept returns)

– Package your Dermarol up and return to the address provided with your RA Number. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
